In the latter half of 2023, Hispanic Federation, a leading Latino nonprofit organization, embarked on a mission to strengthen its digital communications and further empower the Hispanic community. With a commitment to addressing critical issues like education, health, immigration, civic engagement, economic empowerment, and the environment, Hispanic Federation faced the challenge of effectively communicating the diverse range of programs and initiatives it leads to foster positive change.
To meet this challenge head-on, Communications Shop stepped in, providing Digital Communications support. This encompassed crafting digital strategies, generating multicultural and bilingual content, managing translations, and creating toolkits and branded content for social media.
Throughout the project, our focus extended beyond mere content creation. We meticulously aligned every audiovisual element with the Hispanic Federation’s branding, ensuring a seamless and visually compelling representation of their mission.
The implementation included weekly media monitoring and keeping Hispanic Federation up-to-date on relevant conversations and trends. Monthly editorial calendars were crafted, aligning content with Hispanic Federation’s overarching goals. Tailored toolkits were developed for the New York elections and the Education Summit.
The impact of these efforts was palpable. Digital communications effectively conveyed Hispanic Federation’s unwavering commitment to vital causes such as civic engagement, civil rights, economic empowerment, education, environmental justice, and healthcare. The digital narrative became a powerful amplifier of Hispanic Federation’s multifaceted initiatives.
